You are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatment experience at Mazagan Spa. Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.


SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT :

To schedule an appointment for the perfect treatment, please speak with our Spa reception team. In-house guests may press the Spa button on your room telephone, or use extension 88050 or 83344.

SPA ETIQUETTE :

Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all Spa Guests' right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the Spa is a mobile phone, pager and smoke-free zone.

In-house guests are invited to arrive at the Spa wearing the robe and slippers provided in their room.

The Spa will provide robes, towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit. A robe should be worn in all common areas.

The minimum age requirement for access and treatments in the Mazagan Spa is 16 years.

HEALTH CONDITIONS :

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or use of Mazagan Spa facility.

All guests will be required to complete and sign a health and lifestyle questionnaire upon arrival and prior to entering the facilities.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

A cancellation fee of 100% will be incurred for any treatment or Spa Programme not cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.

PREGNANCY :

We have specially designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.

HOMECARE :

To continue your Spa regime and experience at home, all ESPA products used in the treatments are available at Mazagan Spa reception.
