WARRANTY AND PAYMENT TERMS

All bookings are guaranteed against prepayment of the the first night's stay; in default of payment, the Resort preserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
A deposit of 1000 MAD per room per night is required during Check-In to guarantee any additional costs (Minibar, laundry etc...).
The rate per night is inclusive of the above described offer and VAT; it does not include the Tourist Taxes of 49,50 MAD per person.
Payments by cheques are not accepted.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW CONDITIONS

2020:

Free cancellation up to 72 hours from the day of arrival from 1st November until 29th December.

2021:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival at the following periods: from 1st January to 26th March; from 11th April to 9th July; and from 1st September to 29th December.
Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival at the following periods: from 27th March to 10th April and from 10th July to 31st August.

In case of no-show, the amount of the first night's stay is charged against the prepayment received.

COVID-19 UPDATE
We want you to have confidence and peace of mind in the event your travel plans change. We have therefore updated our cancellation policy to offer maximum flexibility. In the event that there is a COVID-19 related travel ban, health or quarantine restriction at your point of departure or at the resort destination that restricts you from traveling to the resort destination, the resort will provide a full refund for a pre-paid reservation and/or waive all applicable penalties. In the event that you are in-residence at the resort and unable to depart the resort destination on schedule due to a COVID-19 travel ban, health or quarantine restriction, the resort will extend your stay based on a discretionary reduced rate off Best Available Rate (BAR).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Arrivals after 3pm, early check-in is subject to availability.
Rooms are checked out at 12pm. Late departures are invoiced up to 6pm; thereafter, an additional night will be charged.
The presentation of a valid ID is required at check-in.
For minors travelling without their parents or legal guardian(s), a duly signed authorization from the latter is required to proceed to Check-In.
For Muslims travelling as a couple, a marriage certificate is required at check-in.
Relocation possible if necessary.
Access to the Baby Club is by prior reservation and subject to availability.
Dogs weighing less than 7kg are allowed in the Resort except in places attended by guests.
In compliance with the guidelines for safety from health authorities, the wearing of masks is compulsory within the Resort for adults and children over 6 years of age.
