Payment Guarantee Policy

A valid credit card guarantee is required at time of booking and a reservation will be deemed confirmed after processing of all deposits and payments according to the below terms. The resort reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time.

Confirmation is also subject to receiving all guest names, particularly for multiple room bookings.

Payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer. An online payment link is available for secure credit card payments and the card utilised for this (and all online bookings) must also be presented by the card holder upon check-in, accompanied by passport or ID verification.

The rate per night is inclusive of the above described offer and VAT; it does not include the Tourist Taxes of 49,50 MAD per person.

In addition, other Deposit and Payment terms apply and this includes:

For travel 10 February 2022 to 8 July 2022
• No deposit required.

For travel 9 July 2022 to 2 September 2022
• 50% deposit of total is required at time of booking.

For travel 3 September 2022 to 29 December 2022
• No deposit required.

For travel 30 December 2022 to 31 December 2022
• A prepayment of the first required at time of booking.
• Remaining balance to be collected 30 days prior to arrival.

For travel 1 January 2023 to 3 January 2023
• No deposit required.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to travel (or utilise the accommodation and services previously confirmed), cancellation fees may apply.

A change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change. A revision made to a booking may also constitute a cancellation. In case of shortened length of stay, the cancellation policy will apply for the cancelled nights. If a booking deposit must be refunded, please note that any credit card surcharge or currency fluctuation is unable to be refunded.

Cancellation, early departure, and no-show fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the client and will be charged accordingly as follows:

For travel 10 February 2022 to 8 July 2022
• Bookings cancelled 24 Hours (1 day) or less prior to arrival, will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.

For travel 9 July 2022 to 2 September 2022
• Bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.

For travel 3 September 2022 to 29 December 2022
• Bookings cancelled 24 Hours (1 day) or less prior to arrival, will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.

For travel 30 December 2022 to 31 December 2022
• Non refundable.

For travel 1 January 2023 to 3 January 2023
• Bookings cancelled 24 Hours (1 day) or less prior to arrival, will incur a fee of 100% of total room charges.

Other Information

Arrivals after 3pm, early check-in is subject to availability.

Rooms are checked out at 12pm. Late departures are invoiced up to 6pm; thereafter, an additional night will be charged.

The presentation of a valid ID is required at check-in.

For minors travelling without their parents or legal guardian(s), a duly signed authorization from the latter is required to proceed to Check-In.

For Muslims travelling as a couple, a marriage certificate is required at check-in.

Relocation possible if necessary.

Access to the Baby Club is by prior reservation and subject to availability.

Dogs weighing less than 7kg are allowed in the Resort except in places attended by guests.

In compliance with the guidelines for safety from health authorities, the wearing of masks is compulsory within the Resort for adults and children over 6 years of age.
